We have 3 showrooms (in NY, NJ and PA) where you can try our mattresses before you buy. Our in-home comfort trial allows you to try your new mattress for 100 nights. If you're not comfortable we take it personally and will do everything we can to make it right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your mattress and will do everything we can to make it right. We are not a marketing company, we are bed makers and take your comfort seriously. Our 100 night in-home comfort trial you may exchange it for a different model or return it for a refund. Returned mattresses are broken down in order to recycle the materials used to make it and are never resold.

All of our mattresses are made by us by hand and shipped from our factory. If your mattress is not in stock production will be expedited and typically takes less than 2 weeks to be ready to ship. When you add your mattress to the shopping cart the availability is listed with the item. The time it takes to reach your home is anywhere from one day if you are close to our factory to longer depending on where you live. We design and build the beds we make and only sell direct from our showrooms and website. This eliminates middleman markups and allows us to sell for less. All products on our website are currently in production, creating even greater efficiencies in manufacturing costs therefore allowing us to offer substantial savings from our regular made-to-order prices.

Our mattresses are hand sewn from soft, thick, oversized natural materials and properly tailored for the correct feel and maximum comfort. Some variations in stitching and finished dimensions are completely normal for a hand sewn product. Should materials shift or wrinkle during shipping they can easily be smoothed by hand. Slight variations confirm the handmade care and quality we put into our mattresses and in no way affect comfort or should be considered defects.
